Christmas Closures
HQ
Our HQ will be closed for some of the period between Christmas and New year.
The last day orders will be sent is Tuesday 23rd December. Orders will then not be processed until Friday 27th December.
After this, orders will be processed when we return in the New Year.
Customer Service
Our customer services will also be limited. We will respond to all message as soon as possible.
If you are trying to make return, please head to our returns information page (you can find this by scrolling to the bottom of the screen).
Please note that all return requests will need to be approved by the customer service team and there may be some delay with this over the Christmas period.
If you are concerned that this will take you past the returns cut off, not to worry! If we can see your return was requested within the returns period, you will still receive your refund, as long as your return is received within 14 days of being accepted.
