Christmas Closures

Over the Christmas period, we take a short pause so both our office and warehouse teams can enjoy a well-deserved break with their loved ones. Thank you for supporting this — it truly means a lot to us.

Order Dispatch

Our last dispatch day will be Wednesday 24th December.

Orders placed on 25th, 26th, or 27th December will be carefully packed and dispatched on Friday 28th December.

Orders placed after this will be processed once we return in the New Year.

Customer Service

Our customer service team will be operating on a limited basis during this time. We may be a little slower than usual, but we will respond to all messages as soon as we can.

Returns

Please note:

All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

There may be a short delay with approvals during the Christmas period.

If you’re worried about missing the returns cut-off, please don’t worry. As long as your return request is made within the returns period, your refund will still be honoured once the return is received within 14 days of approval.
