Christmas Delivery and Returns

Order before 1pm on Tuesday 19th December for Delivery in time for Christmas

Next Day Delivery will not be available from Friday 22nd December.

 

Orders placed between 1st December 2023 - 24th December 2023 can be returned up until the 21st January 2024 for a refund to your original payment method.

 

Orders placed before or after this time will need to be returned within the usual 28 day window.

 

Our HQ will be closed for some of the period between Christmas and New year. The last day orders will be sent is Friday 22nd December. Orders will then not be processed until Thursday 28th December. After this, orders will be processed when we return in the New Year.

 

 

Our customer services will also be limited. We will respond to all message as soon as possible.

Please note that all return requests will need to be approved by the customer service team and there may be some delay with this over the Christmas period. 

If you are concerned that this will take you past the returns cut off, not to worry! If we can see your return was requested within the returns period, you will still receive your refund, as long as your return is received within 14 days of being accepted.
