Orders

What if I have not received all of my order?

If you're missing part of your order, it may have been sent in more than one parcel. This is likely to happen if you have placed a large order. If you do not receive a second parcel on the same day, please get in touch so that we can advise.



If you haven’t received all of your items and believe that this should have been sent in one parcel, please get it touch!


What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. In order for us to sort this asap, could you please get in touch with your name, order number, name and code of the product and an image of the fault

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us ASAP. Although we will do our best, unfortunately , we can not guarantee that we can make amendments to your order after it has been confirmed.

Returns

How do I make a UK return?

To make a return, please log into your account in the top right-hand corner, head to order history, select the order that you would like to make a return from and then follow the link to Royal Mail. You will then be able to create a label that you can either print off at home, or, if you do not have a printer you can take a QR code on your phone to the post office to scan.

How do I make an International return?

For international orders, please get in touch with the team so that they can provide you with a returns label.

How long do I have to return an item?

UK and International returns are accepted within 14 days from you receiving your items. Any returns must reach our warehouse before the end of the 14 day period.

How long does it take to be refunded?

All refunds are processed within 14 working days of them being received. You will receive an update once your refund has been issued.

Are returns free?

UK returns are charged at £2.50 via Royal Mail. This charge will be deducted from your refund.  For international orders, a returns charge equal to the initial delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. 

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, at this moment in time we do not have the facilities to offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different size or colour, please reorder your items and return the ones that you do not require. You will then be refunded for your return.

I love something that is out of stock, will you be getting more?

We are always filling our website with the latest styles and trends so we do not always bring styles back in stock to make sure we can give you all the newness! However, if there is a style you like, make sure you click to be notified once back in stock so that you will be the first to know if we do! 

How do I know what size to order?

On all styles, we have a size guide chart to show measurements and size conversions! If you click the ‘size guide button’ on the right just above where you select your size you can see information to help you pick the best size for you! All of our clothes are UK sizes.
