Returns Information

If you have ordered from URBANBLISS.CO.UK please make a return using the below steps.

If you have ordered from a 3RD PARTY WEBSITE, please scroll to the bottom of this page for more information on how to make your return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Head to your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right hand corner.

2. Log in, or, create an account if do not already have one.

3. Fill in your email address or phone number, order number and the reason why you are returning.

4. Your return request will then be submitted and you will be given next steps on how to create your returns label.

5. Pack up your parcel and post back to us. Please ensure you are meeting our guidelines to ensure you get your refund. You can find out about out return guidelines below.

UK RETURNS

A £2.99 returns fee will be deducted from your refund. 

UK returns are accepted within 28 days from you receiving your items.

Any returns must reach our warehouse before the end of the 28 day period. 


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

A returns charge equal to the initial delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. International returns will be accepted with in 28 days from you receiving your items. Any return must reach our warehouse before the end of the 28 day period. To make a return please follow the instructions on the returns label that you received with your item.


GUIDELINES

Items returned must be in their original packaging with all labels intact. If items are received back without the labels on, or with labels reattached, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.

Any items with engineered faults, evidence of wear, makeup, or items received back that are deemed to be in an unsaleable condition, for any reason, will not be accepted and no refund issued.

Any items that do not meet the guidelines set out in our Returns Information will carry a postage charge, payable by the customer, to post out any items that are not eligible for a refund.

Please check the Returns Information carefully before returning your items.


ORDERS PLACED ON OTHER WEBSITES

If you have ordered from Debenhams or Matalan returns must be sent back to us using the returns link provided on your packing slip. If you no longer have this, please contact us info@urbanbliss.co.uk

If you have bought from New Look or Asos, please do not use the below link to make a return. In order to receive your refund, all items must be returned to the same place they were ordered from. You will be able to find more information on this on each company’s website.
