Too big

Really loved it but a bit too big for me, will try the next size down.

Confused

I ordered this coat don't get me wrong it was warm and long and overall a nice coat. But wow I am usually a 6 or a 8 in coats. So i ordered a XS. I don't know What's happened but the coat was absolutely huge. I could fit another me in there. The hood was huge went way past over my head. The sleeves were at the end of my fingers. Genuinely upset because the price is good but it seemed like a size 10. I requested to get a refund. No one has got back to me.
