Disappointing.

Terrible experience. 1 star purely because I can't award lower. I ordered a coat via Debenhams, & was told 5 days later it was no longer available. 3 weeks later & still waiting for a refund, but told I'd have £2 deducted for the return process when I did get it....I didn't receive it, let alone return it! Avoiding at all costs in future.

Terrible

Received wrong colour and I am still waiting for them to confirm my return 2 weeks later after being unable to login to get the refund and emailing them directly for help.

Too big

Really loved it but a bit too big for me, will try the next size down.
