Wrong delivery

I ordered this coat thinking the same as in picture with the sleeves but when it got delivered it was a gilet. Now Ill have to send it back on my own expense which I am not happy about.
Also the size runs big so sizing down one or two size is recommended

Sizing all wrong

Bought this coat for a gift. The coat is very nice but far too big. I would suggest going down at least one size, maybe two. Not a problem in itself but after paying for postage to receive, then postage to return and then postage for the smaller coat, it meant that I actually didn’t get the discounted price. However the recipient was delighted with the cost in the end. I wouldn’t buy from them again owing to the sizes being off and the cost of postage.
