UK Returns
UK returns are charged at £2.50 via Royal Mail. This charge will be deducted from your refund. UK returns are accepted within 14 days from you receiving your items. Any returns must reach our warehouse before the end of the 14 day period.
International Returns
A returns charge equal to the initial delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. International returns will be accepted with in 14 days from you receiving your items. Any return must reach our warehouse before the end of the 14 day period. To make a return please follow the instructions on the returns label that you received with your item.
Guidelines
Items returned must be in their original packaging with all labels intact. If items are received back without the labels on, or with labels reattached, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.
Any items with engineered faults, evidence of wear, makeup, or items received back that are deemed to be in an unsaleable condition, for any reason, will not be accepted and no refund issued.
Any items that do not meet the guidelines set out in our Returns Information will carry a postage charge, payable by the customer, to post out any items that are not eligible for a refund.
